Industries we work with
Different sectors, one requirement: the part has to be right the first time, because the cost of a failure downstream is far higher than the cost of the component.
Oil and gas
Flanges, valve and trim components, and flow control parts in carbon and stainless grades.
Automotive
Steering knuckles and uprights, off-road vehicle components, and machined assemblies.
Textile
End bushes and gear mounting boxes for textile machinery manufacturers.
Semiconductor
Enclosures and housings, machined to tight flatness and surface finish requirements.
Aerospace and defence
Linkage brackets, hinges, mounts, and UAV components in aluminium, stainless, and Inconel.
Our in-house infrastructure
Every machine on the floor, with the work envelope it can hold to.

About KarpaX Engineering
KarpaX Engineering, formerly known as Karpagam Tools and Dies, was founded in 2012 by M. Swaminathan, who has over ten years of hands-on experience in jig and fixture manufacturing, tooling, and engineering applications.
He then established Karpagam Tools and Dies as an engineering job shop for providing customers with customized engineering solutions. As customer requirements evolved, the company transitioned into CNC component manufacturing and contract machining, specializing in the valve industry and expanding its customer base to OEMs and industrial manufacturers.
Manjunathan joined the business in 2021, bringing a next-generation perspective and gaining hands-on experience across production, new product development, and business development. Building on the foundation established by Swaminathan, he initiated the KarpaX Engineering rebrand as an evolution of the business, with a vision to expand into global markets through precision machining, new CNC technologies, automation, and technology-driven manufacturing.
